P. Milton Cook, DDS
Dr. P. Milton Cook, Jr. acquired the practice
in July 2003. Dr. Cook is a 2003 graduate of the Medical College of
Virginia and holds a D.D.S., as well as a Ph.D. in neuroanatomy.
He is active in the Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and President of the Porstmouth Suffolk Dental Study Club. Dr. Cook is
trained in comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Cook currently
resides in Smithfield, with his wife Kirstin and
his two children, Colby and Anna.
