Dr. Milton Cook received his D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as a Ph.D. in neuroanatomy from the Medical College of Virginia.  He is a member of the Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.  Dr. Cook is a strong believer in post-graduate continuing education and strives to expand his education in the most modern dental practices.  He is trained in comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Cook currently resides in Smithfield, with his wife Kirstin and his two children, Colby and Anna.

Dr. Campbell Delk received his D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia in 2005.  He completed his AEGD residency at Baylor College of Dentistry in 2006.  He is a member ofVirginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the  American Dental Association. 

Dr. Delk grew up in Smithfield, and currently resides in Richmond, Virginia, where he also pratices dentistry.  He is married to Jessica and has two daughters, Burnley, and Cooper.
