Evelyn was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has lived in Smithfield for 28 years. Evelyn greets all of our patients-"guests" and is glad to be a part of a great dental team that provides the best possible service and care.
Samantha graduated from Smithfield High School in 2004. She attended the Academy of Dental Technology and joined Smithfield Family Dentistry in December 2004. While not working with Dr. Cook, she enjoys racing go-carts, body boarding, dancing and spending time with her daughter, Emma.
Michelle joined Smithfield Family Dentistry in June 2003. She recieved a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in May 2003. Michelle has been a resident of Surry county all her life. She enjoys water skiing, traveling and being "the best beach bum I can be!"
